2026 has been designated by the ARRL Board of Directors as the Year of the Club, recognizing that radio clubs are the backbone of ARRL. The growth and development of amateur radio rely on our vibrant community of radio clubs. All ARRL Affiliated Clubs are invited to participate!
Join Us On Air
Help us put the legendary W1AW callsign on the air in New York! Similar to previous engagements, each state will "host" the W1AW callsign for two, one-week periods.

If you are interested in volunteering as an operator for W1AW/2 from January 7-13, 2026, please create an account. Once your account is approved and you receive your login credentials, you will be able to select the band/mode time slots that you wish to operate. Visitors to the site will be able to use this calendar to see when our callsign will be on the air.
